Integrated EZ10 and EZ15 totalizers
To supplement Eltomatic's Ex-approved incremental shaft encoders, we offer a wide range of mechanical totalizers. The program consists of totalizers integrated with the shaft encoder.
The EZ10 and EZ15 totalizers are add-on mechanical counters which fit the shaft encoder type 01-08. The totalizer is placed under the shaft encoder and fixed with two screws. Once assembled the assembly is ready to be mounted on a meter.
Installation is simple and no external components or work is required. This is a very cost efficient solution.
Integrated gearbox for remote totalizers EZ2 and EZ5
The integrated gearbox is an add-on unit to be mounted on the shaft encoder 01-08. The gearbox is simply mounted under the shaft encoder and fixed with two screws, ready to be mounted on a meter.
Totalizer drive systems
In fuel dispensers, which must be fitted with a 'non-erasable' totalizer to monitor the total 'pumped' liters, Eltomatic can supply either an integrated totalizer or an integrated gearbox combined with a remote totalizer.
Brackets
When it comes to mounting the encoder on a meter top, many customers have developed their own bracket but Eltomatic can also supply specially designed brackets which we have developed for the most commonly used meters.
We are also able to supply brackets designed either by the customer or in cooperation with Eltomatic.
Material and finish can also be decided by the customer. Most brackets are made from sheet metal but they can be moulded aluminum or plastic.
We also have a selection of sealing screws available for sealing the encoder to the bracket and the bracket to the meter.
